PHASE ALPHA
"Destinations"
Phase Alpha consists of locating and acquiring properties in various safe haven destinations. Once property has been acquired, building/repairs will be made in order to facilitate new arrivals for their acclimation period.
The acclimation period consists of a short warm up stay until permanent plans are confirmed.
